The cost is that the home page, the example content and any component usage to copy from are all yours to write.</p> <p>An existing Hugo site needs no scaffolding: install the theme module, add the three Goldmark prerequisites (see <a href="https://oink.pgsty.com/docs/start/from-scratch/#config">Writing <code>hugo.yml</code></a>), and leave the content alone.
