Both grew out of the same problem: running a database well and explaining how to run it well are the same body of knowledge, and neither survives being written down badly.</p> <p>OINK exists because thirteen sites in that family had drifted into thirteen copies of one theme. It is a hard fork of <a href="https://www.docsy.dev/">Docsy</a> that keeps Docsy&rsquo;s content model and replaces the shell, the navigation, the search, the content primitives, and the typography system — with one rule throughout: a feature that needs a CDN, an npm install, or a public service the reader never chose does not ship.</p>
